Are there any long-term contracts?
No. All packages are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month with results, not locking you in with contracts. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time.
Are there setup fees?
Setup fees depend on the services selected. Website builds have a one-off design and development fee. SEO, ads, and CRM have modest setup fees to cover initial configuration. Bundled packages include reduced or waived setup fees.
How does billing work?
Monthly retainer invoiced on the 1st of each month via direct debit or card payment. Website one-off fees are 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Ad spend is billed directly by the ad platforms.
Can I switch packages later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time with effect from the next billing cycle. We'll adjust services and reporting accordingly.
What's included in 'all services' on the Dominator package?
Everything we offer: enterprise website, local SEO, GEO optimisation, Google + Meta + Bing ads, CRM automation, social media management, email marketing, content production, reputation management, analytics, and a dedicated account team.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Our packages are starting points. If you need a specific combination of services or have unique requirements, we'll build a custom proposal after your strategy call.
What currency do you charge in?
GBP for UK clients, USD for US clients, and CAD for Canadian clients. Pricing shown in GBP — equivalent amounts in USD/CAD are available on request.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment for standard packages. White-label partnerships require a minimum of 2 projects per month to maintain trade pricing.
